AJB’s compensation philosophy is to establish salary ranges with our MID point in line with the 50th percentile of market data. When determining base salary we factor in if the position is eligible for pager pay and/or overtime.
With our focus being on total compensation, we provide additional benefits such as cell phone and internet subsidy, comprehensive health/medical benefits, discretionary bonus based on company performance, just to name a few.
We also pride ourselves with the opportunities for growth and prefer to promote from within the organization. Annual performance reviews allow for open discussions about growth and also lead to salary reviews and adjustments.
