      Flex time Decent pay and benefits Casual dress code Friendly environment

      Cons

      - Hired for a job that didn't really exist and wasted my time for 6 months before moving to another division - That job didn't really exist either. Continued to waste my time. - Managers don't do a good job of managing and seem to have little interest in training assistants to actually know anything - Technology is terribly lacking. Hard to understand how anything is actually done around here.

      Lots of Flexibility, Branches were left alone.

      Cons

      Each year while employed the benefit package became smaller. No employee reviews were ever conducted and without any prior notice positions were eliminated.
