      -friendly group of people to work with -never a shortage of work, so always busy

      Cons

      -lots of overtime (without pay) -management is not great. there is a lot of nepotism at this company -office culture could be improved. -support staff never taken seriously or given the same opportunities as the engineers

      *… Due to high turnover Almost no training available; expect to sit down, wait for emails/instructions, and go blindly from there asking anyone for help/what to do along the way. Expectations of final product vary between teams. New people will be asked to redo the same task repeatedly, often being told to do something by Person A only to be criticized by Person B because it’s not what they expected. No formal HR department for each office. You will almost never be approved for overtime. You will ALWAYS be expected to work overtime, every day. Small company has grown too fast with no plan for how to accommodate the new staff. Little resources, little accountability, little motivation to stick around and hope for the best.

      Some great colleagues in the office, taking every second Friday off, and a wide range of projects to work on.

      Cons

      Company has grown fast and lost its small company feel. There is not a lot of training that takes place.
