Pros
Great company that allows for professional growth and gives you a chance to prove yourself. You get a chance to work with very seasoned and very novice staff members which helps see things from everyone's point of view. You get to be a part of the driving force behind what happens in the company.
Cons
Unfortunately, with rapid growth comes rapid hiring, so sometimes they hire the wrong people to get the job done. They may have experience, they may have talent, but their attitude does not represent what the company holds important and these people can be difficult to deal with and cause internal issues.
