I can say from first-hand experience that AMTdirect truly cares about its employees. We frequently promote from within, provide yearly pay raises and annualized bonuses, and to your point, we have the best pay in the industry and area.
The cons you have listed are simply not true.
- Our products work very well (with new features rolling out each month); our customers will attest to that.
- We have a clear path in front of us and everyone here is very excited about the direction this organization is heading in.
- We have the lowest attrition rate in the industry, even during a time when businesses are slashing their budgets.
It really doesn't get better than this, AMTdirect is the place to be!
