    Cons

    Layoffs

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management

    Pros

The few remaining people who gave their blood, sweat, and tears to build this place.

    Cons

The crew running it today. I have never seen such mismanagement, lack of vision, or respect for the few who actually tote the load.

    Advice to Management

Admit you are failures at running a business and get yourselves replaced with real business savvy people. It's a fantasy of course because your primary goals are to continue fleecing the company and lining your pockets.

    ADVICE TO EMPLOYEES:
    GET OUT!!!!!!!!

    I worked at ANADIGICS full-time

    Pros

No pros that I can think of.

    Cons

It's all secrets and games in upper management and it seems that they take pleasure in the intrigue. There is absolutely no transparency and very poor communication. They are more concerned about their pay and benefits than promoting a good and productive work environment.

    Advice to Management

No advice to give as it is most likely already too late.

I have been working at ANADIGICS full-time (More than 10 years)

If the company goes under, at least the bathrooms will be clean. Cleaning staff cleans the bathrooms 50 times a day.

    Cons

No ping pong balls for the ping pong table.

    Advice to Management

Please get more ping pong balls.

I worked at ANADIGICS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has been in layoff mode for the last 5 years or so, can't think of a good reason to work for them

    Cons

The company has been in layoff mode for the last 5 years or so, can't think of a good reason to work for them

    Advice to Management

Don't only think of your own golden parachute (it is so obvious to everyone in the company) and think of your employees

I have been working at ANADIGICS full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good atmosphere for learning the technology and making significant contributions. The people are good to work with.

    Cons

Lack of ability to consistently design for profitability.

    Advice to Management

Career development of the employees is not high enough priority. When the company finances began getting worse, all performance reviews were cancelled and career growth became non-existent. Career growth could and should have been decoupled from the ability to offer bonuses or raises.

I worked at ANADIGICS full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great people and environment with the ability to have some flex time if needed. Use to have opportunity for growth but not some much anymore.

    Cons

Management team struggling to get the company in a profitable state. Management team does not know how to turn the company around and at this point in the history of the company, there's a good chance they will go out of business. People are now leaving in droves.

    Advice to Management

Find a bail out plan quick!
