Working at Another Place, The Lake was an amazing experience. The management team was excellent, and my manager - Nina, was especially kind, supportive, and always ready to help. She created a positive and motivating environment that made coming to work a real pleasure. They provide free transport service with pick-up and drop-off from Penrith town centre , it made commuting so easy. My colleagues were fantastic, friendly, professional, and always supportive of one another. Overall, The Lake is a wonderful place to work, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and rewarding workplace.
