      Haven’t messed up my pay. In-house guard card class. Easy check in/out system.

      Cons

      Depending on the site you may feel under trained. Seem to just hire anyone, so your co-workers may not be professional or trust-worthy (this could also be a pro depending on who’s reading this i guess)

      Pay was decent for the industry Supervisors responsive. Training provided and Licensing costs covered by company.

      Cons

      Supervisors overworked (Patrol officers also acted as dispatch while on mobile patrol, instead of having a dispatcher in office.)
