HR Influence Hampers Work Environment

Pros

Some team members are talented and supportive. The office environment is modern, and projects can be interesting.

Cons

HR has too much influence over decisions, often creating bias or favoritism. Lack of transparency and unclear processes can be frustrating. Management sometimes overlooks employee feedback. Employees may be let go abruptly, sometimes without a clearly communicated reason. This lack of job stability and due process negatively impacts morale and confidence in leadership.

Cons

- youre treated rather as a number than a human being - everything focussed on numbers and business - lack of empathy for the humans behind the jobs - completely uncoordinated projects with a lot of bottlenecks and overtime - micromanagement - Promises are not kept - No appreciation and quick judgment from higher levels - mandatory and highly controlled office presence
