The technical work is interesting, some talented and highly qualified colleagues, decent salary
Cons
My manager prioritizes productivity above all else and doesn't treat advocate for the team but rather kowtows to the client even when what they are asking is unreasonable. The benefits are very stingy. Although they have some great people, they have some awful ones too -entitled, arrogant, and abrasive people who treat others badly and clearly think too highly of themselves.
