    Nothing. There are no pros. This company is predatory and pays people $8/hr to stand in sams club.

    Cons

    Literally everything. This company is a bunch of bull. They prey on fresh college grads and make them think that they are getting this awesome marketing position. News flash—there are no desks in the office and the only space is for the executive team. Oh, by the way, you will be manning a stand in either Sam’s Club or Costco selling bamboo pillows... I’m not even joking. I literally laughed when this interview happened....

    Pros

    You will learn a ton and cross train a ton! You will get experience with pretty much every role in the company because of how close the team works together. Must be a social/people person.

    Cons

    Not everyone will be able to adapt to different responsibilities and roles (especially managing a team of people or dealing with different clients). If you preferred a stay in your lane company then this is not it - communication is everything here. If you’re not a selfless individual you won’t thrive here.

    Advice to Management

    Don’t be afraid to challenge people more - the right people will step up and the wrong will step down quicker.

      I worked at ATL Events Group for more than a year

      Pros

      they will hire literally anybody

      Cons

      They are all over the job boards, yet never actually describe what you would do in the positions they are hiring for. It's direct marketing in Kroger and malls- harassing shoppers to buy overpriced consumer goods. There is money to be made and people who this might be a fit for, but there's no reason for the mystery surrounding the company.

        Event locations can be anywhere in the greater Atlanta area, some products are better than others, you will work some weekend days during training, exaggerated pep rallies in the morning to get people pumped up.

        Advice to Management

        Enjoy the training and business model. Can do with out the pump up in the morning.

        Hey I came in and they really helped me regain my confidence to go after my goals. They provide one on one coaching and actually believe in they're team. This helped me really figure out my potential and not settle for what I thought was the norm but create new goals and raise my own personal standards for what I expected from my self.
