      Pros

      During my time there, I feel like my work was being appreciated and I got compliment a lot since out of all the new hire sales rep I am the top sales. The company sometimes hosts bonding event which is good

      I wish the pay can be a litttle higher

      Flat company structure — easy to reach out directly to the CEO or senior management when issues arise. • Open communication and quick decision-making

      Cons

      Compensation is relatively low and bonus structure is not very transparent. Training and onboarding are limited; new employees often need to learn things on their own.

      Pros

      The company environment is very chill, upper management is not at the company at all time, so arrival and leaving time is very flexible. lunch schedule is also very flexible. PTO policy is also very flexible, i can work from multiple office location.

      I was hoping there should be more training and development opportunities available and I wish the pay is higher
