      * nothing to say +ve about company *business development Manager is of no use. * No respect for their employees * No projects , but still recruiting people and terminate them with in a month. * If termination happens with in month no salary is provided , this is their policy

      Cons

      * No proper response from your reporting manager. * Employees are always in the fear of termination. * No medical insurance * No salary guarantee * Termination happens like the hell. Don't know how to recruit and use the resources.
