I have been at Absorb for just over 2 years and the experience has been amazing. I was promoted from BDR to AE and the transition has been seamless. As a BDR, I have felt cared for and supported since my very first day of onboarding. This role offers amazing career advancement with leadership that genuinely has your best interest at heart. Leadership creates an environment of transparency, which I really appreciate. I always feel comfortable asking questions and bringing up any concerns I may have. I know that they will hear me out and work through the best solution for me and my team. There is a strong emphasis on employee development and a culture of consistent learning. The product is excellent and our product team is constantly finding ways to improve our services for our customers. Overall, I have had an extremely positive experience at Absorb and would recommend it to anyone who seeks an amazing culture, caring leadership, and genuine career advancement.
