Pros

Competitive Salary, Great Benefits, Able to Work Remote

Cons

Toxic leadership, work/life balance, no HR support. Management would not respect boundaries. Blocking calendar had no meaning. If you were needed it would be a slack, a text and multiple calls until you answered.
