If you like getting invites to prayer circles, religious gifts at xmas and being altruistically involved in occasional community work, this place is for you. But they don’t ACTUALLY care about people.. Loads of rules. Crappy benefits. Limited tools. Disregarded ideas. Repetitive boring work. High demand. High turnover. Frustrated and unhappy people work here.

We do regularly feed the homeless, pick up trash in our area, and host blood drives. It isn't clear who's heart you are judging when you suggest that we don't actually care about people.
Last year at Christmas our employees selected three items from a list of items including iPads, Airpods, mountain bikes, and TV's. In previous years it was a cash bonus.
Our benefits include a concierge medical service 3 miles from the office at no cost to the employee, as well as insurance, 410(k), and a life insurance benefit.
