      Good Place With Advancement and Employee Support

      Pros

      1) Works with a schedule to help maintain work life balance. The need to work outside normal hours is few and far between. 2) Competitive pay 3) Great benefits for low premiums. 4) People are fun and enjoyable to work with 5) It keeps getting better here

      Cons

      1) Can be a little disorganized when communication with other departments, but I am seeing a lot of improvement in this area 2) Keeping up with standards of other countries can sometimes be difficult. But, it’s really interesting seeing the differences. 3) Knowledge base needs updating, but this is something that is currently being worked on.
