      It's a great job! Coworkers are wonderful and so is the boss. Just a really boring and repetitive job.

      Pros

      Working a morning shift is Mon-Fri 6am-2:45. So you have the rest of the afternoon off and Sat/Sun off. Overtime is time and a half. Holidays off. And great vacation time.

      Cons

      The job is really tiring and can be very repetitive. I mean you're putting metal in a machine and waiting for it to be done before putting another part in and doing everything all over again.
