Expansion of markets and presence through technology with a dedicated and committed team across the globe. Alignment with values and high standards of operation and communication, as well as great leadership structures.

      Cons

      Rapid international and domestic growth has contributed to a relative disconnect and a need to consolidate and refine while achieving exponential development as scaling. Can be so dynamic that things get lost in the processes, and priorities can get misaligned through divisional separation.
