Pros
1) There are lots of opportunities for a fresher to learn in this company. It works on the latest tech stack, like Data Engineering, Data Analysis, and Business Central. 2) The company follows mainly four values. integrity, learning, reliability, and respect, and I feel the management also follows these values. 3) You will have the opportunity to directly interact with clients within a few months of joining as a fresher, which you will not have in a mass recruiting company. 4) Earlier, when I joined the company, the compensation was less as compared to market standards. But now the company is improving on that part.
Cons
1) The company should train its employees using some external resources to get updated on the latest tools and technologies. 2) Compensation and other benefits can be improved like Family Healthcare, Pantry, etc. 3) Earned and sick leave are both very low in comparison to other competitors. The numbers should increase.
