      Great advancement opportunities to those who work hard

      Pros

      The atmosphere of the company as whole was absolutely great. The company did a lot of small things to show the appreciation of each individual working for them. From the top of the chain all the way down to to lowest level and everyone in between.

      Cons

      Sometimes when it was time for overtime a person may have been selected to work and told the day before. Although volunteers were always asked for before mandatory overtime was made. I had to made the decision on who was going to be mandated to come in.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. Jobs are easy and there is not much stress in the job. I would recommend to someone who is looking to start his or her career.

      Cons

      The company does not give annual pay increases. Managers still get their bonuses, but middle management is often over looked.

      Pros

      I liked my coworkers and people I worked with to help improve the manufacturing line.

      Cons

      HR terminated me while my supervisor was on vacation simply because I would not wear a mask. This company is stuck in 2020 and cares more about their outdated policy than having a good worker.
