      A steady job, plenty of locations

      Cons

      Lack of structure, poor management, subpar compensation, equipment is not as well-taken care of as it could be, nonflexible work schedule, low safety standards, seemed to be no room for advancement (several coworkers were in their same position for 10+ years)
