The biggest pro with this company is that they believe in making sure that you are properly trained before they put you on a site, and they will also have you engage in continuing training. One other thing that I love about this company is that if you go into the Armed Division and you are unable to purchase your weapon and your body armor they will do it for you and take it out payroll deduction. In January of 2016 we lost one of our own due to work he performed with the company, and when this happened management with the company was with the family the entire way and arranged for round-the-clock protection.
Cons
The only con that I could think of is the cost of the equipment that you have to purchase.
Not many other than it is a great job for younger employees starting the work world learning about being held over shift time and not being able to ask time off
Cons
Pay, management and benefits are all very poor in quality.
