There was a time a few years ago I did worry about our culture, but not anymore. There were a few employees (unfortunately, not even technicians) who didn't have the best attitudes and were really bringing the company moral down but they have since left the company and we now have a hard working, inclusive, drama free workplace! Its fantastic!

All managers like to micro manage they also will not listen to all the employees. Instead, they love to listen to only one senior tech who always have some stupid theory. Communication with management is bad. With the management team the way they are, our culture have gone down the drain. That is why every year they end up with a bad survey. If all the technicians didn't need their job, they would have quit a long time ago. Honestly the whole management team has got to go. When it comes to review I think none of the managers have a say in how we perform. There is no system in place to see who is over performing or under performing. Instead managers go with word of mouth from eachother.
