      Pros

      Overall, it’s a great place to work and a good company to gain experience and grow your career. The people are great as well, both in the office and at the airport. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Great work/life balance.

      Not many opportunities for advancement.

      Free perfumes, and it's fun to work in an Airport.

      Cons

      Intense micromanaging. And always being watched and supervised by all the employees. Very toxic work environment.

      Ok salary Pension Flight allowance 300 annually

      Cons

      Toxic environment Micro management from unexperienced managers Some people have favoritism because they are friends Racists managers Not professional at all, don't know how to talk to staff. To get holidays approved it's a hassle. They put you daily in the same location to work even though the job states that they change it. They never tell you in advance if you have to come in civil clothes if you are in for stocking. They give you PM logs if you confront the managers. You can't sit down for 3-4 hours straight
