    Pros

Late evening shift or early morning shift available. Good for a student who needs to pay for school. Or someone who doesn't have a family.

    Cons

Low pay. Seriously 25 cent raise a year is beyond cheap. Management treats everyone as if they are expendable. When I quit I sent my boss a two week notice. He proceeded to call me at home and told me I could quit coming in a week before.
NO benefits for part time workers even if they worked for 3 years there. Be prepared to work every single weekend because they don't hire enough workers.

    Advice to Management

At least reward your employees with a decent raise when they are coming in on time and working long hours.

    Pros

    Some nice work mates
    Training and seminars avaialble
    Work hours are decent
Pay is ok compared to other companies these days here in Cyprus
    Working conditions are ok too
    Some nice staff perks
Meet wonderful interesting customers and travellers from all over the world

    Cons

Management unfair and too strict on petty things
    Favouritism and cronyism
Backstabbing from certain female permanent staff - unacceptable and unprofessional.
Pity only recruit for one season and then get rid of you as to not employ permanent full time staff

    Advice to Management

Anonymous suggestion and tips from employees on improvements and problem solving
Give people a chance , listen and hear what staff have to say.
