Pros
- The quality of documentation and onboarding materials was genuinely surprising for a company of this size, which enabled me to ramp up quickly. - Teammates are incredibly supportive and consistently willing to collaborate and tackle complex, meaningful problems, even with new hires early on. - Employee perks and benefits are the best I’ve experienced at any company, let alone one at this scale. - The company truly believes in work–life balance and actively practices it, rather than just talking about it. - Founders are accessible, listen closely, and take employee feedback seriously.
Cons
- A strong culture of perfection over “move fast and iterate” can result in slower decision-making and mounting frustration. - Performance management and the definition of the performance bar are not yet consistent across the organization. - There is limited focus on how results are achieved when metrics are green or red; understanding the drivers is critical to investing in growth areas and divesting from those that aren’t performing. - Operating within a remote and hybrid environment can make it challenging to move quickly and share context across teams.
