      Flexible and relaxed environment, nice people, interesting and varied work.

      Cons

      Old paper systems, family hierarchy and friendships prioritized in management, outdated and aging equipment, resistant to chance, resistance to needed corporate structure, systems and processes to facilitate growth.

      Pros

      Hours are flexible & it is close to home for me

      Cons

      Family owned. Have to do the work of several positions as they won't hire more people. Yearly picnic or food trucks instead of raises, raises are promised but they're minimal, if you're good at your job there is no advancement to another position.
