      The people are what make this company special — caring, experienced, and incredibly loyal. Many have dedicated 20, 30, even 50+ years of their careers here, which says a lot.

      Pros

      The people are all very nice, very helpful. A lot of loyalty. Majority have been there for decades. The product and industry. You can be proud of the quality and the fact that we are supporting a true need in hospitals.

      Cons

      Outdated facilities. Vacation time is rigid. Old school views regarding in-office attendance. (No chance for hybrid or remote roles)
