Pros

While working there you can be wherever you want because as long as you have stable Internet connection everything can be done. One of the main reasons I stayed there for almost a year is because this company never runs out of students you get to teach, so the income is small but stable.

Cons

70% percent of the teachers have neither a degree in education/ English nor teaching skills. Management makes no difference between hardworking and educated teachers who do their best at work and teachers who put no effort into teaching and might need lessons themselves. Company hires people from India and Russia to avoid paying good wages.

At Albert Learning, we value our employees and are committed to upholding fair workplace practices while maintaining transparency in all employment matters. We take our contractual obligations seriously and ensure that all terms of employment, including compensation and working conditions, are clearly outlined in the contract agreed upon at the time of joining. Our policies, including salary structures and working hours, are based on the country from which an employee is hired, not the location of our headquarters. These details were communicated before joining, and acceptance of the role indicated agreement with these terms. We have fully honoured our obligations by providing everything you were rightfully entitled to under your contract, and any additional claims beyond what is contractually owed are not the company’s responsibility. Unfortunately, you chose to abruptly quit the organization without prior discussion or fulfilling the required notice period. While we respect each employee’s decisions, we encourage open communication and adherence to company policies to maintain a professional and collaborative work environment. If you have any concerns regarding your employment terms, we encourage you to reach out to our HR team directly for clarification. We are dedicated to maintaining fairness and transparency in all aspects of employment.
