Pros
My one year stay in Alensa was quite a journey, I had good experiences on the job, I learnt how to manage event, relate with clients to take good stock record and lot more.
Cons
The company can do better in the area staff management, like seeing to their staff welfare, and also increase the salaries of the staffs. The company should try n get professionals to manage the company so as to ensure the company does not run down or fold off someday.
