The company has an employee development and improvement plan, which is intended to support growth and enhance communication between managers and staff. Some aspects of the plan may feel detailed or difficult to fully agree with, as not all points may reflect every perspective. In some situations, discussions about performance or responsibilities may feel stressful or create pressure for employees. Certain management practices and decisions may also appear inconsistent, which can lead to uncertainty within the team. Employees may sometimes feel that their perspectives are not fully considered, as management feedback tends to rely primarily on the manager’s point of view
