We are sorry to hear that there was too much traveling in your personal vehicle. It is our goal to limit commuting distance to 20 miles from a team member’s home to the client site. Additionally, we actively work to ensure employees have as close to a 50/50 mix of onsite client work and remote work. We strive to grow and learn constantly. Turnover is a challenge to manage through for any business and the All In One Accounting team has been actively working hard to enhance hiring practices and mitigate transitions away from the company. Our turnover rates are below average for consulting businesses, but as a small company, we know the impact is felt by many when a team member departs. Our Leadership team would never ask a team member to compromise their integrity as that would go against our second core value, “Advise with Integrity, Gain Trust.” As we continue to grow, we are continuing to implement new ways for team members to speak up and be heard.
