Within weeks, the cracks will start to show.

Pros

You will enjoy this for a bit. There are a lot of drinking parties. They pay you. All will seem fine.

Cons

After awhile, the cracks will start to reveal themselves and you'll start to question everything. "Why do they keep promoting that incompetent guy again and again?" You'll figure out who I'm talking about. There are more than one so it's not hard. and the answer is because of his connections. He is impossible to work with, but he knows people with money. If you know people with money, you'll be promoted too, no worries. "Why does it seem like everyone is related?" It's because they are. Everyone who has been there for more than 5 years is related to someone else. It's a weird married bro club. "Why do I feel like i'm under attack?" Uh-oh, you probably questioned something like orange badges or your pay. Their first line of defense is to turn your questions around on you. You will be made to feel like a criminal just for wondering why something is done a certain way. It's all so very weird. Rated 2 stars because the other newbies are really nice. I hope you become friends with them so you can help each other when it all hits the fan.

Employees are cool. Management, not so much.

Pros

If you're favored by management, you'll be able to grow in your career. It's a good place to work if you want to see what marketing for Microsoft is like.

Cons

The company hires recent grads so they can pay low wages. The company is crazy rigid about employees being in the office.

Pros

- They give you money in exchange for work.

Cons

- Creative Directors have no actual experience as Creative Directors, resulting in poor delegation and lack of design vision - Project Managers have no idea how to communicate with the designers, leading to miscommunication more often than not. -Mid Year and Annual reviews were often delayed for months, if not over a year. This means any raises and promotions are also delayed.
