      Small Fintech company with an atrocious staff attrition rate

      Interesting projects, exposure to some senior & knowledgeable people on client side

      Cons

      Machiavellian management style, highly political for such a small firm, staff are seen as expendable resources. All the bad traits of a small company but none of the good traits.
