AltCap is community and employee motivated. The organization is diverse as far as the staff and people we serve, allow for hybrid or remote-only opportunities without pause (a rarity in the non-profit/public sector realm), and provide generous benefits and opportunities for staff to connect.
Cons
Start-up mentality and feel - would recommend you're a self-motivated person or don't mind sudden fluctuations in schedule
