      Altia's commitment to its core values are observable at every turn! From the very top down through the whole organization. Responsibility & Accountability to Respect, Collaboration & Caring, through Integrity, Flexibility and Cool Technology!! It is busy, challenging and FUN!

      Cons

      Moving into a high growth mode, with all hands on deck! This is NOT a con, but does mean you should be prepared to roll up your sleeves and jump right in.

      Best Career Choice Yet

      Pros

      I've been at this for 20+ years and Altia has been an excellent career choice. Working with a team of excellent engineers in a growing industry where we are seen as a leader makes for very fulfilling work. I've worked for other small companies before, but the feel here is very much like an innovative startup...yet I really appreciate the measured growth strategy.

      Cons

      Smaller workplaces mean you are more exposed and if you aren't producing excellent work, then it's pretty obvious to management. Technically challenging but rewarding work.
