      Pros

      People are nice, culture is ok but managers will stab you in the back and have no end goal. Prepare to work 8am-6:30pm every day and have everything you do constantly tracked 24/7.

      Cons

      You dont learn how to sell, just how to go through the motions. Prepare for your team, the entire company structure and everything you do to constantly change every 3 months. Dont get comfprtable. Leadership has no real end goal. They make every decision based on emotions and nothing every sticks. No surpise the company hasnt grown much in the last 8 years.

      I've had the opportunity to work with many recruitment agencies over the course of my career, Altis has surpassed my expectations on their client service, their timely follow ups and guidance during the interivew process.

      To date, I have nothing negative to say about the service I've received at Altis.
