    Pros

Great co workers. Great pay and benefits. Overtime opportunities and flexible schedules. Good health insurance. Company sponsored lunches and bonuses.

    Cons

Poor leadership. Feared for my safety on 1st shift with sex offenders amongst you. Poor team environment. Seem to praise people who lie about their credentials, and sweep issues under the rug.

    I worked at Amcor full-time

    Pros

Compensation and benefits. That's the only positive.

    Cons

Training is very sketchy, manager talks down while trying to "promote proper training." Manager cuts down how certain employees dress or look. Very unprofessional work dynamic for new hires.

    Advice to Management

Learn to choose your leadership better.

Some nice, caring, helpful and knowledgeable employees

    Cons

All this company cares about is their bottom line. Upper management and corporate doesn't care about employees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and you wouldn't have such high turnover. Value your employees more than you do the dollar.

    Pros

Good place to learn while taking advantage of a great work/life balance. Benefits are OK. Bonuses are also OK and can get even better at higher management levels within the business groups.

    Cons

More respect should be given to seniority and trajectory. Higher management, both in business groups as well as corporate teams, should communicate better with all levels. Too much gossip, and subjective criteria (personal matters) permeate to the work atmosphere, thus hampering professional performance. Performance shortcomings are not properly communicated through.

    Pros

    The pay and some co-workers

    Cons

The training is lacking big time. The let's run short handed btw expect the same quality and out put of production. Along with that the last minute mandate. Doesn't allow for making plans.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees better and stop last minute mandating.
