Not much room for advancement, work flow is unpredictable as one minute you will be swamped and the next it is very slow.

No raises since 2008. Hour reductions and pay cuts. No apparent plans forward from management. CEO seems to be retired but didn't bother to tell anybody else. No room for advancement. Employees leave and they aren't replaced. Their duties are added on to others'.
