I have been working at Anchor Packaging full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The work schedule is satisfactory compaired to other five days a week schedule.

    Cons

Too many cheifs and not enough indians. The bulling from the cheifs are the techinque management uses to get employees to work. The packers mostly, are the victums of this. One of the supervisors is the worst, she is rude, mean, cruel, and management says she gets the job done by being like this.

    Advice to Management

We are the ones in the paragould plant who do the work. And all you want to do is sit in your airconditioned glass tower in st.louis. Making us work all holidays while you are at home.
