      I was really hard to get raise, and once you get it is not the one that you were talking before with your manager and than you understand, that you should find a better place to work.

      Pros

      Really large and developed Java community within the company, so you can gain extensive experience not only by working on projects but also by exchanging knowledge with other javists and by studying the internal education platform. Each month Java meetups and Tech Talks are held which any employee is free to attend.
