Schedule is lenient. Good if you have an emergency come up. The work environment is generally good too if you like your coworkers
Cons
Scheduling is lenient. We are contracted 35 hours a week but it’s difficult to hit that. We randomly get scheduled late starts and early leaves and HR doesn’t want you clocked in even a minute early. Due to the nature of the field, it’s hard to keep a 1:1 ratio of client to tech, so during the times where we have more techs than clients, a lot of people miss out on hours.
- Sweet kids
- Efficient and organized training process
- Helpful trainers
Cons
- Short lunch breaks (30 min, and if you’re relieved late by another staff member, maybe 20-25)
- Virtually no breaks in between clients
- Not enough time to complete documentation
