      Positive points: - Hiring beginners.

      Cons

      In the Republic of Moldova, an Appake office was opened in Chisinau. Negative points: - The obligation to speak only Russian in the office - Salary below the normal level - The real thing does not correspond to the clauses in the contract - In the contract, the working hours are: 9:00 - 18:00, in reality you must be present at work at 7:40 and finish at 17:00. - Negative attitude towards employees - Work monitoring through TimeDoctor - Periodically you are obliged to work on Saturday or Sunday - Lack of documentation about projects and tasks - Office without equipment, uncomfortable chairs, defective keyboard, you work with personal headphones

      Pros

      In general, the company is good, the attitude towards employees is fair and honest, which is very important, there is an opportunity for career growth and salary growth. I also really like the attitude of Tim Leader to the team and to each of its members, the girl is well done, she helps with all problems and if something doesn’t work out, she teaches.

      Cons

      To be honest, I have nothing to name in cons, I have not come across something like that. Nothing is perfect, so I will not say that they do not exist at all. But I just got lucky and didn't notice anything like that.
