Appifylab offers a friendly, supportive work environment with freedom in managing your tasks. The flexibility here is good, and best things is that you can learn without hesitation and freely share your thoughts. I joined as a fresher and started from scratch, and the company gave me the space to grow and improve. It’s a place where even beginners get the opportunity to learn and contribute. Overall I am quite happy with this company

Cons

I sense there is lack of space for small game zone or relaxation corner. Hopefully they will figure this out!

- They are profitable company - If you work here other BD companies will seem heaven to you

Cons

- Hold salary of leaving employee - Behave like you are a 4th class worker there - Female employees are not safe here for so many reasons - You will be lead by a Oceanography graduate whom have done programming hero courses ( anyone can learn and be self made but he is not near that) . - Blocklisted company by many job matcher site - CEO is egoist, characterless , fake etc etc - Add fake reviews in glassdoor, Deshimula and other review sites by current employee by pressuring them
