The company is an awesome place to challenge yourself consistently. The managers make sure that you push your limits. Deadlines are strictly followed. I got to learn a lot about Blockchain Technology from a part-time job here.
Cons
My work was 7 days/week i.e no holidays (since I worked there part-time). Full-time employees might have such issues.
Very unprofessional uses the employee as use and throw tissue without paying them off.
You should improve your mentality towards employees as they are not your slaves whom you could talk the way you want to.
Employees have self-respect and they could leave you many like many already did
