      Pros

      ACS offered lots of chances to earn extra money when I began as a CSR on the phones. Good performance was usually recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      Constant policy changes and inconsistent standards for advancement. Sometimes major changes were made suddenly and with little warning.

      Great Location Very nice people except for some old-school senior management

      Clock In an d Out required Do not expect a salary increase every year Sometimes you need to work long hours, do not expect comp time or recognition for doing it

      Company Hid Behind Fictitous Entity

      Not Laborious. Office Air Conditioned. Spacious break room at the Boca Raton, FL location.

      Cons

      Slimey tactics used to exhaust clients to just give up on their issue by giving them a fictitious managers contact that went by "Shane Neff". Shane does not exists and thus never gets back to anyone that was told he would. Cowardly unethical and frustrating way to deal with customer issues.
