I have been working at Applied Vision full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Upper level people are easy going, approachable, and willing to help. This is one of the last companies to provide fair free health care, nothing is deducted from your pay for it. Also, there is a fair profit sharing program.

    Cons

Lower than average starting pay, lack of cost of living raises (the owner feels raises should be merit based). Like most companies currently salaried works are only treated as such when if benefits the company.

    Advice to Management

You need to be more active on the pay increases when they are deserved.
