- Leadership will tell you that you can always voice your concerns but for some reason anyone who’s voiced concerns, pushed back, or asked questions was eventually terminated.
- There is no one to turn to. HR is rigid, cold, unapproachable and do not genuinely care about anyone’s concerns.
- The nepotism is a concerning issue. Employees with NO experience will be hired into customer facing roles because of their ties to the CEO or others on the leadership team.

- Even though customers are constantly complaining and leaving, the entire team is told that the company is doing so well. It’s extremely difficult to decipher the truth
- HR has slowly chipped away at benefits year after year
- The Latinx employees are treated vastly differently than the rest of the company even though many of them helped build the platform. And there are no efforts to celebrate diversity
- There's no room for growth and if you do miraculously move up, you will not receive the support you need to continue to thrive
- Despite how the company may be sold to you, the executive team are extremely shady and cutthroat
- Employee turnover is at an all time high after years of being concerned for their job security so proceed with an immense amount of caution
