Cons
Everything is good over here. I didn't find anything in these 4-5 months that I can say can be counted in cons.
1. Healthy and good working environment
2. People are good and supportive
3. Positive Aura from surrounding
4. Flexible working hours
5. I am enjoying my work from home.
6. HR keeps checking on calls and emails how I am doing If I need any help in this pandemic.
7. I have been provided some additional benefits like health insurance and others
Cons
1. I am doing WFH so as of there is no such issue I faced that can be counted as a con.
2. There are long working hours someday's as there are lots of work to accomplish.
3. Doing WFH is a huge responsibility. You need to look after your family as well as at the same time your work. So, sometimes it bit tough to keep a work life balance.
