Working at AppsNation was a rewarding experience. The team culture is incredibly collaborative, and management is always open to feedback and ideas. I was given the freedom to innovate and work on challenging projects that helped me grow professionally. The company’s commitment to high-quality work and customer satisfaction is impressive. Also, the leadership team is very approachable and invests in the development of their employees.

Cons

Like any fast-paced company, there were occasional tight deadlines, which could create pressure, especially during peak project times. It would also be great to see more structured onboarding for new employees to help them get up to speed faster.

Their team can find high-quality, specialized developers at fair rates within a week, which is faster than we can hire or contract similar resources for a specific project.

Cons

The team speaks excellent English, but on occasion, a language barrier leads to minor misunderstandings. However, we’re overall happy with the collaboration.
